Antoine Douaihy, MD

Dr. Douaihy serves as the Co-PI of the NIDA CTN-0080 MOMS Study and CTN-0100 RDD Study at the University of Pittsburgh sites. In this role, he oversees the conduct of these two trials.

Dr. Douaihy has focused his career on patient care, education, training, advocacy, dissemination initiatives, and research in the field of addiction including medications and psychosocial interventions, tobacco cessation, psychology of behavior change, and HIV. He is a Co-I on the NIH HEAL Initiative focusing on prevention of opioid diversion by young adults patients. He has a well-established record in conducting multisite clinical trials and has been involved in more than 15 NIDA CTN trials.
